How much does delivery cost?

We charge a standard delivery charge of £3.95

When will I receive my item?

*Please note* We are a small family run business currently taking a break, therefore all orders placed between 18th August – 30th August will be dispatched when the office reopens on Tuesday 31st August. Thank you for your understanding. 

We aim to deliver orders in 3-5 working days.

Some products may have longer delivery times, in this case it will be listed in the product details.

Do you deliver outside of the UK?

We currently only deliver within the UK, we hope to offer an overseas service in the future.

Can I collect my order if I live locally?

Yes we offer a free collection service if you live local to the area, select ‘local pickup’ at checkout. Pick up times are Monday – Thursday between the hours of 10am – 2pm, arrangements for collection can be made by contacting:

How long do I get to return an item?

Our return policy is 14 days from when you received your order. If 14 days have gone by, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

If you believe your item to be faulty please let us know within 14 days so that we can do our best to rectify the issue for you.

Please note items which are made to order can not be returned, in this case it will be noted in the product details.

How do I return?

To complete your return please fill in the returns slip enclosed with your purchase and put it in the package with items in original packaging. Send your parcel to the below returns address:

How long until I receive a refund?

Once your return is received, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, this can take up to ten working days.

I haven’t received my refund?

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Can I return sale items?

Only full priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

Can I exchange?

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email (within 14 days of receipt) at with photos of the damaged item and send your item to:

Return shipping costs?

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

We advise you obtain a proof of postage for the return of goods.

Please ensure when returning fragile items in particular that they are sufficiently wrapped and protected. Unfortunately we cannot refund the cost price for any items that are returned to us damaged.
