Creative, sustainable
interior design

Providing interior styling for developer show homes, creating interiors which engage the user and their senses, leaving lasting impressions.

I am often asked why home décor is important for a developer. When looking to sell a house, the design and decorating of a show home can be crucial to allow the viewer to create a connection and see themselves living in the home. Some people are unable to visualise the potential of how a house can look. Successful show home interior design provides a real opportunity to convert viewings into sales.

Having had years of experience working in the Construction industry, my aim is to understand the needs of your business and your brand and ensure a seamless process from concept to installation of your show home, so it is one less thing for your team to take care of.

I am also committed to sustainability and offer various services to ensure responsibility is taken for the contents of a show home when it is no longer required. This can be key in helping developers achieve their green credentials.

You know you want to make a change in your home but you find yourself asking; how do I make a house a home? How can I decorate my home interior? How to make an old house look modern? How can I decorate my home on a budget? And many more questions like this.

I understand it can be quite daunting trying to put together all the elements of a scheme, knowing what works together and what doesn’t. You know what look you want to create but no idea how you will achieve that and more importantly how you will achieve it on your budget.

I work to your brief, and take the time to understand you, your requirements, and ensure the spaces I design work for you. Not sure what style you like? Not a problem I can work with you to help you understand what styles and décor work for you.
